Partner Program Terms

Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of ClaimBridge. You may not sign anything, make promises, or register anyone in a class on ClaimBridge's behalf. You promote your personal landing page; finding the settlements, explaining what each one requires, and readying a member's registration is our work, and completing that registration is the member's.

Your commission rate is shown in your partner portal (50% unless we agree otherwise). You earn it on the first membership payment made by a member whose first visit came through your link — $5 on a $10 monthly signup, $30 on a $60 annual one. It is earned the moment their card clears. Renewals do not earn again, and a signup that never pays earns nothing. Commission comes out of the membership fee we collect; ClaimBridge takes no percentage of any member's settlement recovery, so your commission never reduces what a member gets paid. Referrals are first-touch: a person is attributed to the partner whose link first brought them, at signup, once.

We run payouts monthly, to the payout method you set in the portal. Balances under $25 roll over to the following month — nothing is forfeited. All figures in your portal are live actuals from real payments; there are no estimated or projected earnings anywhere in the program.

Every piece of content that carries your link must disclose that you earn a commission. The line is included in every asset in your content kit — keep it. Material-connection disclosure is a legal requirement (FTC Endorsement Guides), and omitting it is grounds for pausing your page.

• Use only the settlement facts and dollar figures from your kit or the live site — they are verified against each settlement's own records and update automatically.
• Never promise anyone a payout, and never use earnings or income language. Eligibility and amounts are decided by each settlement's administrator and court, not by ClaimBridge.
• Never say or imply that ClaimBridge files, submits, or signs a claim for anyone. What we do is find the settlements, give members the information that decides each one, and make registering as a member of the class easy — the member completes their own registration.
• Never present yourself, or ClaimBridge, as a court, settlement administrator, or defendant. ClaimBridge is an independent class-action settlement information service, and your content must not suggest otherwise.

No cold email blasts, no unsolicited texts or calls, no posting into communities that prohibit promotion, and no paid traffic that misrepresents what the link is. Organic content to your own audience is the whole model.

We can pause or close a partner page at any time for breaking these rules; you can stop promoting at any time. Commission already earned on memberships that have been paid for stays on your ledger and is paid out on the normal schedule (the $25 minimum still applies). We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the portal, and continuing to promote after a change means you accept it.
