Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about joining settlements, tracking claims, and getting the money you're owed.
What does ClaimBridge do?
We find class-action settlements you may qualify for, prepare and file your claims with the settlement administrators, and track each one to payout — all from a single account. You don't have to wade through legal notices or juggle deadlines.
How do I know if I'm eligible?
Each settlement lists its eligibility criteria on its detail page. If you meet them — for example, you held an affected account or bought a covered product during the class period — you can join in a couple of clicks. When in doubt, join: the administrator makes the final eligibility determination.
How much does it cost?
Creating an account and browsing settlements is completely free. If a fee ever applies to a specific claim, we show it to you clearly before you agree to file. There are no hidden or surprise charges.
Do I need proof of purchase or documentation?
It depends on the settlement. Many consumer and privacy settlements pay valid claims without documentation; others ask for proof. Each settlement's page tells you whether documentation is typically required before you join.
How long does it take to get paid?
Settlement timelines vary widely — from a few months to over a year — because payout only happens after the court grants final approval and the administrator processes all claims. We keep your claim status up to date so you always know where things stand.
How do I track my claims?
Every claim you join appears on your dashboard with a live status: submitted, under review, action needed, approved, or paid. If a claim needs something from you, we flag it so you can act quickly.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Connections are encrypted, passwords are securely hashed, and we only share the specific details each settlement administrator requires to process your claim. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Can I delete my account?
Absolutely. From your account settings you can permanently delete your account and all associated claims at any time. The action is irreversible, so we ask you to confirm before it takes effect.
