Terms of Service

Last updated July 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of ClaimBridge. By creating an account or joining a settlement through our service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully — they explain what we do, what we don't, and what we each expect of one another.

1.What ClaimBridge is

ClaimBridge is a settlement claims filing service. We help you identify class-action settlements you may qualify for, prepare and submit claims, and track them to payout. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Eligibility and payment amounts are determined solely by each settlement's administrator and the supervising court.

2.Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Submitting false or misleading claim information may disqualify a claim and is your responsibility, not ours.

3.No guarantee of recovery

We cannot and do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or that you will receive any particular amount. Settlement outcomes, timelines, and payouts are outside our control and depend on the administrator, the number of valid claims, and the court.

4.Fees

Creating an account and browsing settlements is free. Where a fee applies to a specific claim, it will be disclosed to you before you agree to file that claim. You will never be charged an undisclosed fee.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other members' claims, disrupting the platform, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

ClaimBridge is a settlement claims filing service, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. This page is a plain-language summary and does not itself create any contractual obligation beyond those described in your account agreement.
