Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2, 2026
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information ClaimBridge collects when you use our service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only gather what we need to find, file, and track the settlement claims you ask us to.
1.Information we collect
Account details. When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Claim details. When you join a settlement, we collect the information needed to file your claim — such as how you were affected — along with the settlement you joined and the date you joined it.
2.How we use your information
We use your information to file and track claims on your behalf, show you the status of each claim, notify you when a claim needs your attention, and suggest other settlements you may qualify for. We do not sell your personal information.
3.Who we share it with
To process a claim, we share the specific details required by the relevant settlement administrator or court-appointed claims agent. We also rely on trusted infrastructure providers (for hosting and our database) that process data only on our instructions. We never share your information for third-party advertising.
4.How we protect it
Connections are encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access to member data is restricted to authorized operators. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information using industry-standard practices.
5.Your choices
You can review and update your name and email at any time from your account settings, and you can permanently delete your account — along with all associated claims — from the same page. You may also contact us to request a copy of the information we hold about you.
