Delta Dental “Covers Me” settlement: up to $16.50 for plan-portal users
By ClaimBridge Team
If you had an account on my.deltadentalcoversme.com — the portal for Delta Dental individual and family (“Covers Me”) plans — at any point between January 23, 2021 and January 23, 2025, you can claim up to $16.50 from a settlement fund of up to $12.67 million. No documents are required, and claims are due August 20, 2026.
What this settlement is about
Feeler v. Wyssta Services, Inc. (Sangamon County, Illinois, No. 2026LA000050) alleged that the portal embedded advertising cookies and tracking pixels that intercepted users' activity without consent, violating the federal Wiretap Act and the Illinois Eavesdropping Statute. Wyssta — a subsidiary of Delta Dental of Wisconsin — denies wrongdoing.
Who qualifies
Anyone in the U.S. who held a my.deltadentalcoversme.com account during the class window. Note the scope: this covers the individual/family “Covers Me” plan portal only — employer-group Delta Dental coverage and other state Delta Dental plans are not part of this case.
How to file
The claim form asks for the Class Member ID from your email or postcard notice; if you can't find it, the administrator (Kroll) issues one at (833) 930-1183. Online filers can be paid by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or ACH; mailed claims pay by check. ClaimBridge lays out what registering takes and readies your registration as a class member. The official settlement site is wysstaservicesclassaction.com. The deadline is August 20, 2026.
