FitOn settlement: $10 for app users, no proof required

By ClaimBridge Team

If you had a FitOn account and watched at least one workout video between October 22, 2022 and May 29, 2026, a $2.5 million settlement will pay you $10 — no receipts, no screenshots, just a claim form. Payment comes by check, PayPal, or Venmo, and claims are due August 31, 2026.

What this settlement is about

A New York class action (Kings County Supreme Court, Index No. 542301/2025) alleged that FitOn shared account holders' video-viewing data with third parties without the consent required by the federal Video Privacy Protection Act — the same law behind recent settlements over web players and streaming apps. FitOn denies wrongdoing.

Who qualifies and how much

Anyone in the United States who held a FitOn account and watched or acquired at least one video on a FitOn video platform during the class window. Every approved claimant gets $10, reduced pro rata only if claims exceed the fund after fees and administration.

How to file

If you received the settlement email, its Login ID and PIN let the claim go in online. No email? The claim can still be filed by mail on the printable form. ClaimBridge lays out what registering takes and readies your registration as a class member. The official settlement site is fitonvppasettlement.com. The deadline is August 31, 2026; the final approval hearing is October 6, 2026.
