Amylyx Pharmaceuticals Securities

Against Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; Joshua B. Cohen; Justin B. Klee; James M. Frates; Margaret Olinger

Amylyx allegedly misled investors about the commercial launch of Relyvrio, its ALS drug. Purchasers of AMLX securities between November 11, 2022 and November 8, 2023 share a $6.5 million fund — the notice estimates about $0.16 per share net on average. Claims due August 31, 2026.

About this settlement

Shih v. Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (D. Mass., No. 1:24-cv-12068-NMG) alleged that Amylyx overstated the commercial trajectory of Relyvrio (AMX0035) during its launch, inflating AMLX stock from November 11, 2022 through November 8, 2023; the defendants deny wrongdoing. The $6,500,000 fund pays a pro-rata share of Recognized Loss under the plan of allocation — the notice estimates roughly $0.24 per affected share gross (~$0.16 net) across about 27.1 million shares, with recognized loss capped at $4.80 per share. Shares sold on or before November 8, 2023 recognize nothing, and distributions under $10 are not made, so small positions may not clear the floor. The claim needs your full documented AMLX transaction history from November 11, 2022 through February 6, 2024 (broker confirmations or statements) plus a tax ID. File at the SCS online portal or by mail by August 31, 2026; the final approval hearing is September 10, 2026. ClaimBridge readies the trade documentation so your registration takes minutes. What you can claim: a pro-rata share of the $6,500,000 fund, driven by your Recognized Loss per share. The ceiling is $4.80 a share: for shares you still held at the close on February 6, 2024 it's the lesser of $4.80 or what you paid minus $14.54; for shares sold between November 9, 2023 and February 6, 2024 it's the lesser of $4.80 or what you paid minus the average closing price on your sale date. Shares sold on or before November 8, 2023 are worth nothing here. The administrator's own estimate of the average net recovery is about $0.16 per share, and no claim under $10.00 is paid at all. You need your full purchase and sale schedule from November 11, 2022 through February 6, 2024 and broker statements to back it up — scan them before you start. The form takes a representative or custodian signing on your behalf.
