Estée Lauder Securities

Against The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

Investors who bought Estée Lauder stock between February 2022 and February 2025 can claim from a $210M settlement over alleged concealment of gray-market sales into China. Claims are due August 5, 2026.

About this settlement

In re The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Securities Litigation alleged the company misled investors about its reliance on unauthorized 'daigou' gray-market resale channels into China, inflating the stock price until the truth emerged. The $210 million fund compensates purchasers of Estée Lauder common stock damaged during the class period. Recovery is calculated from your purchase and sale records under the court-approved plan of allocation, so brokerage statements or trade confirmations are required. Claims must be filed or postmarked by August 5, 2026 (final approval hearing August 20, 2026). ClaimBridge readies the trade documentation so your registration takes minutes. What you can claim: a pro-rata share of a $210,000,000 fund, sized by your Recognized Loss rather than any flat amount. The administrator's own estimate is approximately $0.68 per allegedly damaged share before Court-awarded fees and expenses, and $0.46 per share after. A Recognized Loss is calculated only for shares "listed in the Claim Form and for which adequate documentation is provided", so broker confirmations or account statements for every purchase and sale are the whole ballgame — a gain on a share sets its loss to zero, and shares matched against a short sale count for nothing. Nothing is paid where the prorated payment works out under $10.00.
