Google AdWords Class Action Settlement
Against Google LLC
Advertisers who ran AdWords campaigns during the class period could recover a share of a $100M fund over ad placements. The filing deadline has passed; late claims are uncertain.
About this settlement
The suit alleged advertisers were charged for clicks/impressions on placements they did not opt into. Recovery was based on documented ad spend during the class period. The claim deadline was October 31, 2025; the administrator notes untimely claims are not guaranteed to be accepted. Note: this is separate from the ongoing Google ad-tech antitrust *arbitration* opportunity, which is still open — ask us about it.
