Mattress Fiberglass (Ashley / Nectar / DreamCloud / Siena)
Against Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC; Ashley Global Retail, LLC; Resident Home LLC
Fiberglass from the fire barrier in certain Ashley, Nectar, DreamCloud, and Siena mattresses allegedly escaped through the cover. U.S. buyers from October 2017 – June 2024 share a $9 million voucher fund — one voucher per mattress — until July 17, 2026.
About this settlement
In Todd v. Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC (W.D. Wis., No. 3:24-cv-00615), plaintiffs alleged that fiberglass used as a fire retardant in the inner sock of certain mattresses designed, manufactured, or sold by Ashley Furniture and Resident Home could pass through the outer cover — or be released if the cover was removed. The defendants deny wrongdoing. The $9,000,000 Common Voucher Fund pays each valid claim an equal pro-rata voucher (one per affected mattress) usable in a single purchase at AshleyFurniture.com, NectarSleep.com, DreamCloudSleep.com, or SienaSleep.com — no minimum purchase, expires one year after issue. If you received the May 6, 2026 email notice, its Unique ID and PIN are all you need; without it, claims need proof of purchase — a receipt, store record, or a photo of the mattress law tag showing the model number. Claims are due July 17, 2026 (online or mail postmark); the final approval hearing is September 24, 2026. ClaimBridge lays out what registering takes and readies your registration as a class member.
