Against Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC
Owners and lessees of certain BlueTEC II diesel Mercedes-Benz vehicles could receive cash and a software update. Both filing deadlines have passed.
About this settlement
The settlement covered ~250,000 BlueTEC II diesel vehicles and Sprinter vans (model years ~2009–2016) alleged to contain emissions defeat devices. Current owners with valid claims could receive up to $3,290; former owners up to $822.50. Filing deadlines were July 12, 2021 (past owners) and October 1, 2022 (current owners). ClaimBridge assists claimants who already filed.
Who is eligible?
- You owned or leased a covered BlueTEC II diesel Mercedes-Benz or Sprinter (approx. model years 2009–2016).
- The vehicle was purchased or leased before the class cutoff date.
- You can provide the vehicle VIN for verification.
