About this settlement

In re Mylan N.V. Securities Litigation (W.D. Pa., Master File No. 2:20-cv-00955-NR) alleged that Mylan misled investors about quality-control failures at its Morgantown, West Virginia manufacturing plant, inflating the stock price during the class period. The $60 million settlement, administered by JND Legal Administration, compensates purchasers of Mylan N.V. common stock (NASDAQ: MYL) between February 16, 2016 and May 7, 2019. Recovery is calculated from your purchase and sale records under the court-approved plan of allocation — transactions must be documented with broker confirmations or statements and reported through August 2, 2019 (the 90-day lookback close). Claims must be postmarked, or received online, by July 10, 2026 — that window is closing NOW, so if you have your brokerage records, file online immediately. Missed it? Contact us anyway: settlement administrators sometimes accept late claims before the fund is distributed, and we can also check whether a claim was already filed for your account and track it through payout. ClaimBridge readies the trade documentation so your registration takes minutes.
