SolarEdge Securities
Against SolarEdge Technologies, Inc.

About this settlement
In re SolarEdge Technologies Securities Litigation alleged the solar-inverter maker misrepresented European channel inventory and product demand before an October 2023 collapse in the stock. The $55 million settlement covers purchasers of SolarEdge (SEDG) common stock between February 13, 2023 and October 19, 2023. Recovery follows the plan of allocation based on your trades, so brokerage records are required. The claim deadline is August 17, 2026 (final approval hearing August 24, 2026 — payment is contingent on approval). ClaimBridge readies the trade documentation so your registration takes minutes. What you can claim: a pro-rata share of a $55,000,000 fund: your Recognized Losses divided by everyone's, multiplied by what's left after fees, expenses and costs. The administrator is blunt that "it is unlikely that you will get a payment for all of your Recognized Losses." How much depends on when you bought and sold during the February 13 to October 19, 2023 class period and at what price, all of it evidenced by broker records. No per-share estimate has been published — the notice itself is not yet posted — so treat any per-share figure you see elsewhere as somebody's guess.
