STIIIZY Data Breach

Against STIIIZY, Inc.

Claims due September 10, 2026.

About this settlement

In re STIIIZY, Inc. Data Breach Security Litigation (C.D. Cal., No. 2:25-cv-00490) covers the October 2024 incident, announced January 7, 2025, in which an unauthorized party accessed records held by the cannabis brand's retail systems — including personal information and government IDs; STIIIZY denies wrongdoing. The non-reversionary $2,950,000 fund offers two mutually exclusive cash options: a pro-rata share with no documentation (California residents receive twice the share of other members), or reimbursement of documented out-of-pocket losses up to $7,500 incurred on or after October 10, 2024 — and a denied documented-loss claim automatically converts to the pro-rata payment. Every class member can also add two years of three-bureau credit monitoring with $1 million in identity-theft insurance. The claim form asks for the Class Member ID from your emailed or mailed notice; the administrator retrieves it at 1-855-907-2590 if you can't find it, and the form also accepts a certification that you have reason to believe you were affected. File online (electronic payment) or by mail (check) by September 10, 2026; the final approval hearing is October 19, 2026. ClaimBridge lays out what registering takes and readies your registration as a class member. What you can claim: either a pro-rata cash payment with no paperwork at all — Californians get double the share of everyone else — or reimbursement of up to $7,500 for money the breach actually cost you, backed by receipts or records. You must choose one; they don't stack. The safety net is real, though: if your documented-loss claim is denied you automatically drop back to the pro-rata payment without filing anything else. Either way you can also take two years of three-bureau credit monitoring with up to $1,000,000 of identity-theft insurance, and you can defer it twelve months. No notice ID needed — the form has an ID lookup and a "I do not have a Class Member ID" path.
